You know your child better than anyone else, but in a world of social media, hectic schedules and competing priorities we can be left feeling overwhelmed, anxious or insecure.
Everybody seems to have an opinion when it comes to parenting and there is a lot of conflicting advice, from how we should feed our children, how we manage sleep, how to discipline, screen time, returning to work, childcare, the list goes on and on... Juggling the priorities put upon us by modern life alongside such a lot of background noise can feel challenging.
Of course, advice is welcome and can certainly be helpful. This is not about rejecting help, but giving you the clarity and confidence to take the advice which resonates with you, and graciously leave the rest behind.
Coaching does not add to the chaos and the white noise. It does not offer yet more advice, but rather empowers you to find your own intuition and your own direction, and the confidence to drive that forward.
Becoming a parent can be an opportunity to look at ourselves and reflect on our own past, triggers and challenges we have faced. It can feel like an emotional journey but one which can lead to emotional maturity and self discovery.
This programme offers you an opportunity to look at where our ideas around parenting really come from. It allows us to question cultural norms, previous experiences and conditioning, and parent consciously and intentionally, in line with our intrinsic values and strengths.
This coaching programme is designed to facilitate intentional parenting. This could be to support you in connecting with your children, helping through periods of challenging behaviour, finding more enjoyment through play, setting boundaries or simply achieving a better parent/life balance. There might not even be a specific "issue" but this coaching programme can provide an opportunity to reflect on how you parent and offer interesting insights and increased awareness for ultimately a happier and healthier future for you and your children.
