We are sold the idea that we can "have it all", and sometimes believe that "once we have 'X' we will be happy", but in truth this is not the reality and we can be left feeling dissatisfied, or overwhelmed trying to work towards unrealistic expectations.
By understanding our values, what motivates us and what we believe to be truly important, we are able to live with purpose and have the confidence to make conscious choices and be better able to prioritise.
Leaning into our strengths and being aware of what drives us can make a huge difference to feeling fulfilled, satisfied and content at work, in life and in our relationships.
The Mind Workshop is led by Susie Hughes who is an independent coach, educated and certified by the University of Cambridge. Susie is also the Head of Talent at TalentYard and TalentYard HR.
